Please note that the prices shown indicate normal minimum charges based on the average size of things being cleaned, with available parking and access to the area being cleaned.
Additional fees may apply where things are excessively dirty, difficult to reach, or extra chemicals are needed.

Jobs are usually estimated from Google Earth or photos sent to us. Larger jobs need a site visit to give an accurate price.

WINDOW CLEANING
Standard window cleaning starts at £18 and is suitable for most small homes and flats. A first-time or one-off clean starts at £35. Our window cleaning service always includes the sills and frames.

Internal window cleaning is priced at the exterior windows plus 50%

GUTTER CLEARING / CLEANING
The starting fee for gutter emptying is £80.
For £200, we will empty and clean the exterior of up to 20 meters of gutter and fascia, followed by window cleaning.

SOFFITS, FASCIA & CLADDING CLEANING
Starting price starts at £120

CONSERVATORY ROOF CLEANING
The starting price for cleaning a conservatory roof is £80. Cleaning the interior of the conservatory roof is priced the exterior rate plus an additional 50%.

PRESSURE WASHING
Pressure washing for driveways, patios etc. starts from £150.
